Process

I try to make my process as easy as possible! Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions. View my prices HERE.

The general breakdown of the process is as follows:

  • We discuss what you want

  • I give you a final quote

  • I complete a preliminary sketch and send it to you for approval

  • I send you an invoice via paypal, at which point 1/2 the total is due

  • I complete the commission and send you a preview

  • You complete the payment and I send you the full set of files

I can add more approval stages to the queue if desired, but this will add more time to complete your commission. I may also add more approval stages if I feel it necessary.
I am also open to discussing alternate payment plans, though I will generally refuse all-up-front or all-upon-completion unless I have worked with you before.

Terms

Each commission comes with a small README file that goes over usage for files. Please review it upon receipt. Please do:

  • Let me know if the commission is intended for print. Colors are different between screen viewing and printing.

  • Let me know if there is a deadline. I will do my best to meet it or let you know if I do not feel it's reasonable for me to meet.

  • KINDLY ask for updates. I am willing to give a time estimate if asked and will do my best to stick to it, but I ask for understanding if my estimate is a little off.

  • Come with references available, whether images or written description. The more I know about what I'm drawing, the better my quote will be!

  • Ask any questions you may have! I don't bite and there's no stupid questions.

  • Tell me all about your DnD character. I love reading backstories and personalities!

Please do NOT:

  • Assume an immediate turnaround or response time. Some images I complete in two days, some take a week or longer, depending on many factors that are not always in my control.

  • Push me to finish your piece immediately. You may not be the only person in my queue, I may be working on other projects, or I may be busy with life.

  • Send me money unprompted. I will send you an invoice via paypal. This is for legal reasons and unpromted payments will be refused.

  • Do not sell or mint my artwork as NFTs or other blockchain related things. Do not use my artwork to train AI models. If I find out you have done so I will refuse you further commissions.

Refunds are only available at my discretion and may be refused depending on the work already completed.
